Footing is a 90-day, one-task-a-day guided program for the weeks after a job loss — if something isn’t working, or you just have a question, we’re glad to help.

Email support@footing.day. We read every message and aim to reply within 2 business days. When you write, it helps to include your device model and iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
Footing is a subscription with a free 7-day trial. Your subscription is billed through your Apple Account, so you manage or cancel it in iOS Settings — not inside the app:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Footing, then Cancel Subscription.
You can also reach this screen from Settings → Manage subscription inside Footing, which deep-links you there. Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or switched phones and your subscription isn’t showing, tap Restore purchases— it’s on the subscription screen and in the app’s Settings. This re-checks your Apple Account and restores access.
Saving your progress across devices
Sign in with Apple (offered once, after subscribing — it’s optional) links your progress to your Apple Account so you can recover it if you change phones. If you skipped it, you can still link later from the app’s Settings.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. This permanently erases your account on our servers and wipes your data from the device. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in iOS Settings (see above).
Notifications
Footing sends gentle local reminders for your daily task. You can turn these on or off in the app’s Settings, or in iOS Settings → Footing → Notifications.
